Nev. high court finds justice improperly sealed judge's case

A Nevada Supreme Court justice, while previously serving as a district court judge, improperly sealed the divorce and child-support records of a case involving another Nevada judge, the state’s Supreme Court ruled. Calling Justice Nancy Saitta’s decision to seal the files "a manifest abuse of discretion," the unanimous court found her actions did not meet state law requirements.
