Sen. Jim Bunning, R-Ky, has lifted his hold on the Presidential Records Act, designed to overturn President Bush’s 2001 executive order that allows presidents and former presidents to block the release of their White House records. But now, another, anonymous senator has put a hold on the bill, keeping it from getting to the floor for a vote. The bill cleared the House last April. (12/21/07)
