New Hampshire Task Force Recommends 3-Tiered Court Records System

A Supreme Court task force studying electronic public access to court records in New Hampshire recommended a three-tiered system with some records available by the Internet, some available by paper or computer at courthouses, and some remaining confidential. The task force also recommended a 10-day delay on release of newly filed information to give parties an opportunity to correct errors or request information be sealed. (2/27/06)
