New Jersey’s new Government Records Council isn’t exactly dazzling information seekers, the Gloucester County Times reports. It points to one local case that took seven months and said the council has decided only half of the 220 cases filed in 2006. At least one editor said his newspaper wouldn’t use the council again because of delays. (12/18/06) New records
