New Mexico’s attorney general filed a motion to intervene in a suit to make public a report on leaks at a waste dump at the Sandia National Laboratories. The state’s Environment Department is trying to keep the document secret. “Our analysis is that the requested document is a public record and the report should be disclosed,” said Attorney General Gary King.
