New Mexico’s Attorney General ruled that the Farmington City Council violated the state’s open meetings law when it talked about its search for a city manager behind closed doors. But the AG said no further action was required because the matter had been fully aired as the result of a law suit brought by the Daily Times and the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government.  (11/28/07)
