New York’s Court system will conduct pilot programs in Manhattan and Broome counties on making court information available over the Internet. Access to Manhattan records will include pleadings, case-management documents, notices and orders. It will not include exhibits and affidavits and some other papers not being scanned. Broome’s posting will include all civil case records except those restricted for privacy considerations. (7/12/06)
