The New Hampshire Supreme Court, saying the state’s Right-to-Know Law should be interpreted “with a view to providing the utmost information,” ruled that a man whose daughter disappeared after a car accident three years ago was entitled to see state police investigation files. The court said the police failed to show how release of the records would interfere with an ongoing investigation. (12/28/06)
