The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services rejected a public records request by the Cincinnati Enquirer for information on a real estate agent accused of molesting two foster sons. The department said the records were part of its “enforcement” investigation and therefore not public record. The paper said it would challenge the decision. (11/16/06)
