The Pennsylvania Senate today unanimously passed a bill to improve the state’s open records law. 

A spokesman for the House majority leader said the leadership plans to review the changes to the legislation as early as tomorrow in order to decide whether to make adjustments — and send it back to the Senate — or vote on the measure in its current form. The bill had been stalled for months because of disagreements between the two chambers.
