Pennsylvania Rep. Tim Mahoney said he will file a bill in the upcoming legislative session providing that officials must make any public record available for inspection within 10 days of a request. The bill would also create a state Office of Public Access to Public Records.” Mahoney said he’s circulating the bill for co-sponsors.
