A former state representative who sued the city of Dover, New Hampshire for records naming all employees who are paid more than $60,000 won in Superior Court. Judge Peter Fauver said the privacy interests of the employees were not legitimately at issue, but added that the public interest in accountable government would outweigh the privacy claim in any event.
