The New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled government agencies must honor the strict deadlines for responding to public records requests. “The time period for responding to a Right-to-Know request is absolute,” Chief Justice John Broderick said of the five business day requirement. However, ATV Watch, which has been seeking the economic development records since December 2004, must go back to a lower court for specific relief. (5/17/07)
