The federal court judge in the AIPAC case ruled that all classification markings will be removed from documents submitted into evidence to avoid “an atmosphere that is just unfair.”  Two former AIPAC officials are accused of unauthorized receipt and disclosure of classified information.   Judge T.S. Ellis III said that the documents status as classified would instead be stipulated.   (11/27/07)
