A Rousing Chorus of "Here Comes the Sun" on Capitol Hill?

Will the Congress be singing a Beattles tune in mid-March, offering their version of “Here comes the sun” in observance of National Sunshine Week by moving forward on Freedom of Information Act reform. Cox Newspapers’ Rebecca Carr poses that possibility in reporting a Senate hearing on FOIA scheduled for March 14 and “rumor” that the House wants to get a still-to-be-introduced FOIA bill to the floor by the end of that week.
