The Louisville Courier-Journal reported that the city’s airport is without the services of a bomb-sniffing dog team because all of the handlers put through a special federal training program have left. Airport and Transportation Security Administration officials refused to talk about the canine program, including the mishandling of explosives during one training exercise. That’s “Sensitive Security Information,” they said. (12/21/04)
