The Louisville Courier-Journal reported that the city’s airport is without the services of a bomb-sniffing dog team because all of the handlers put through a special federal training program have left. Airport and Transportation Security Administration officials refused to talk about the canine program, including the mishandling of explosives during one training exercise.
