Sen. Hillary Clinton, responding to a question at the Des Moines Democratic Debate, said she’d “learned a lot” from her experience heading the health care reform task force, which was criticized as too secretive, and would run an “open and transparent” administration, putting as much information as possible on the Internet .”Let’s have as much sunlight as we can possibly gather.” Other candidates weren’t questioned on transparency.
