The Open House Project notes that the Senate is considering a bill requiring agencies to make their websites more accessible to search engine crawlers, toward a goal of helping citizens find government information on a wide variety of subjects. The group says that a Google public policy team worked with the Senate Homeland Government Affairs Committee on the bill. (11/21/07)
