A circuit court judge temporarily ordered the Charleston Post and Courier not to publish any information from recordings of phone calls made by state Rep. Randy Scott while he was in jail last month on drunken-driving charges. The paper obtained the tapes under a Freedom of Information Act request. A May 7 hearing is set on the issue. (5/6/08)
