Wikifoia, an online guide to the open records processes at the state and local level, has been launched by the State Policy Network, a conservative professional service organization set up to work with state-based think tanks. It was formerly known as the Madison Group. Wikifoia said it hopes to become an evolving “How To” guide for citizens seeking state and local records. The Wiki format allows people with a common interest to collaborate in creating online content. (5/2/07)
