Two journalists under a federal court order to reveal the sources who gave them details about the FBI investigation of Stephen Hatfill for the anthrax mailings have told the court that much of the information came from Hatfill’s attorney, who also encouraged them to report it. The reporters said they then confirmed the information with officials at the Justice Department and the FBI, agencies that Hatfill is now suing. (12/26/07)
