The New Orleans Times Picayune sued the Orleans Parrish corner in an effort to force disclosure of the autopsy results on nine patients who died at a hospital after being trapped there by Hurricane Katrina. The coroner contends the records are part of a continuing investigation even tha grand jury refused to indict a doctor and two nurses who remained at the hospital to help patients. (10/12/07)
