There’s a certain logic to it, we suppose. The town council in Millinocket, Maine, announced an executive session with its attorney to discuss what records it will withhold from the public. The action is in response to a request from a monthly newspaper, All Maine Matters, for records related to involvement of council members in a controversial land development project. (7/12/06)
