A new report by OpenTheGovernment and People for the American Way Foundation cites an “unprecedented rise in government secrecy over the last six years.” Decisions Without Democracy is an update of a 1987 primer on the expansion of executive power. “Increased secrecy is just one of the ways that the Bush Administration has made the government less accountable,” said People For the American Way Foundation President Ralph G.
