Government lawyers told a federal judge that many of the records sought by the Electronic Frontier Foundation on negotiations for international airline passengers information will be listed as classified and withheld. EFF requested records on the governments 2004-2006 negotiations with European countries for passenger data. The Department of Homeland Security says release of the information would hurt relations with foreign nations. (11/9/07)
