U.S. District Court Judge Ricardo M. Urbina ordered the Army to release 14 documents, dealing with the Halliburton oil contract in Iraq. He also ordered the Army to give to the court an additional six documents to inspect in make a further determination. The documents were requested by Judicial Watch. (6-8-06)
