The annual U.S. Intelligence budget is $44 billion. Oops, that’s classified information the CIA has refused to disclose for … well … ever. Last year, the CIA fought release of information on budgets before 1970, and won. So more than a few folks were surprised when a deputy director with 27 years experience let the information slip at an intelligence conference in San Antonio last week. If it was a slip.
