It’s one of our favorite all-time non-answers. Asked for a list of the 150 programs cut from the proposed 2006 budget, OMB Director Joshua Bolton advised they could be found “interlineated throughout the budget.” In the interests of more transparent inerlineation, Gov Exec’s Amelia Gruber has compiled a partial list and found that some of the programs axed seemed to be working well.
