The Army is imposing special restrictions on reporters who will be covering the trial of Sgt. Hasan Akbar, accused of killing two officers at Ft. Bragg. Reporters are required to accept 14 ground rules before being allowed on base, including an agreement to talk to no one – military or civilian – without permission, and to go nowhere without an escort. Yup, that even means the latrine. (4/20/05)
