The Army turned over 3,000 pages of documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act law suit filed by a group of ranchers and landowners opposing a military training site in Colorado’s Pinon Canyon. They fear being forced to sell their land for the base and wanted the records to help them respond to an environmental study. (9/5/07)
