The 2024 Freedom of the Press Awards were held Oct. 16, 2024, at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York. The cocktail reception began at 6:00 p.m. Dinner and program were at 7:00 p.m. Martha Raddatz, ABC News’ chief global affairs correspondent and co-anchor of “This Week with George Stephanopoulos,” hosted the event.
