The Colorado House of Representatives today voted 62-1 to censure state Rep. Douglas Bruce, who kicked Rocky Mountain News photographer Javier Manzano earlier this month during a morning prayer.

Bruce dismissed the censure and defended his action as a "nudge of an unruly photographer."
