The Delaware Attorney General’s Office reversed its policy that barred residents from getting agency help in public records investigations after a six-month statute of limitations on filing a law suit had expired. A businessman who sought access to information on closed-door meetings said the litigation restriction shouldn’t serve to deny his right to public records. (4/11/06)
