South Carolina’s Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer concedes he has a lead foot, but said he was in a pack and didn’t realize how fast he was going when a trooper pulled him over Feb. 25. A video from a camera mounted on the patrol car, obtained by the Associated Press under the state Freedom of Information Act, records Bauer identifying himself as “SC Two,” the patrol code for his position, and the patrolman responding, “You have a good night, sir.” Oh, the clocked speed – 101 mph.
