FOX Business has filed a second lawsuit against the Federal Reserve seeking documents about its emergency lending program that have been created since the first lawsuit began, FOX Business reported.

FOX Business was one of several news organizations that sued the Federal Reserve last year when it did not respond to a Freedom of Information Act request for documents detailing the identity of firms that received federal money and the terms and conditions of the loans. The U.S. Court of Appeals in New York City (2nd Cir.) ruled in favor of both FOX and Bloomberg News in March. The Fed is expected to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The new lawsuit asks for the names of institutions that borrowed money from the Fed between Nov. 1, 2008 and March 10, 2010, a window of time that is after the initial public-records request was made.
