Google has started working with state governments to make public records not now available online easily accessible to Web surfers. The Internet search company said it has already partnered with four states to remove technical barriers that have blocked access to its search engine and those of Microsoft and Yahoo. It hopes to work with other states and federal agencies. (4/30/07)
