The Alabama Department of Environmental Management said it will begin posting records of its aerial reconnaissance program on its Web site. The information, posted monthly, would list the flights, purpose, destinations and passengers. The announcement follows a report by the Birmingham News that Gov. Bob Riley had not paid for a flight he took with senior adviser Twinkle Andress Cavanaugh, official photographer Robin Cooper and aide Nathan Lindsay from Montgomery to Birmingham to attend a fundraiser for Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala. (8/30/07)
