The Idaho Supreme Court ruled that e-mails exchanged by a county prosecutor and a former county employee “are public records and not exempt from disclosure under either statutory exemptions or constitutional law.” The Spokane Spokesman-Review asked for the 889 messages between the prosecutor and the former juvenile drug court supervisor in 2005 as part of an investigation into a troubled education and training program.
