Movie-maker Michael Moore filed a Freedom of Information Act requesting that the Treasury Department give him all its records relating to the Office of Foreigh Assets Control investigation of his trip to Cuba. Moore went to Cujba to make a documentary about health care, called “Sicko.” Treasury is trying to determine if he violated the trade embargo on Cuba. Said Moore, “Until George W.
