You can no longer go to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights website and review all of the reports to the commission. In January, the panel decided it would post only those reports and documents that received majority approval. And it withdrew 20 documents posted in the past several years, including “Redefining Rights in America: The Civil Rights Record of the George W. Bush Administration.” It is still possible to get this report and the other somewhat less public records by sending an e-mail request, however. (2/9/05)
