The head of the nation’s missile defense program says testing will proceed after a two year delay, but under greater secrecy. Air Force Lt. Gen. Henry A. Obering III said that while U.S. taxpayers should be kept informed about the multi-billion dollar project, it’s important not to tip the enemy about vulnerabilities. That sounds like we won’t hear much about what’s not working.
