CQ Researcher has a new report that traces the increase in government secrecy in the current administration and provides a handy chronology. In the report, Associate Editor Kenneth Jost also notes that the courts “have generally appeared uninterested in enforcing the federal Freedom of Information Act.” We’ve posted the report here with permission of CQ Press.
