Rep. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis, said he will ask the Justice Department to open an criminal investigation on whether the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s top lawyer broke the law by destroying DVDs of a teleconference between NASA leadership and employees of the Inspector General’s office.
