A federal judge directed the Toledo mayor’s office to allow a radio reporter, who had been barred, to attend future news conferences. The reporter’s station has been critical of the mayor over planned for a new bicycle path. The mayor stopped notifying the station of news conferences. The station stopped inviting the mayor to talk shows, and sued for access to conferences. (1/19/07)
