A bill making public records on attorneys fees paid out by government agencies in sexual harassment cases passed the Washington state legislature. It was inspired by the efforts of the Olympian to get Thurston County records on a case it had settled. The records, released under court order, showed the case cost the county $6 million, including a $1.5 million settlement. (4/17/07)
