The Professional Services Council, an Arlington, Va., association representing federal service contractors, has urged the Defense Department to keep confidential key data related to contractors’ size and revenues. The association wants Defense to withhold that contractor information when Freedom of Information requests are filed, saying that information is not important to the public. (6/18/07)
